1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Websites can also store information in your browser's local storage, which works in a similar way. Ek Ra Sunya Inc ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the EK ERP website and in the EK ERP application ("the Service"). This Cookie Policy explains what we use, why, and how you can control it.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

2.1 Essential

These are necessary for the Service to work. They keep you signed in, protect your session and apply your organization's branding. They are always on and do not require consent. Without them, the Service cannot operate properly.

2.2 Analytics

On our marketing website, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded directly or through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These run only if you allow Analytics.

2.3 Marketing

On our marketing website, we use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It runs only if you allow Marketing.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies We Use

Name Provider Purpose Category Duration First or third party

Cloudflare Web Analytics Cloudflare Counts page views and measures site performance. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors Not applicable (cookieless) None stored on your device Third party script

Durations are the defaults set by each provider. The "fr" cookie is set on Meta's own domain and is only present if your browser already has it or the Meta Pixel sets it.

4. How Consent Works

When you first visit our marketing website, a banner asks for your choice. You can accept all, reject all, or choose Analytics and Marketing separately. Essential cookies are always on.

  • Analytics and Marketing are off until you turn them on. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel are not loaded before you give consent.
  • Your choice is saved in your browser under "ekerp_consent" and applies only to that browser and device.
  • The EK ERP application you use after signing in uses only the Essential cookies listed above.

5. Changing or Withdrawing Your Consent

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of our website. It reopens the banner, where you can turn Analytics or Marketing on or off.

To withdraw consent, turn off the category in Cookie settings and save. From then on, the related scripts are not loaded. Cookies those scripts already set stay in your browser until they expire, so you can also delete them through your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View and delete existing cookies and site data
  • Block cookies from specific or all websites
  • Set preferences for certain types of cookies

Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to the Service. Clearing your browser's site data also removes your saved cookie choice, and the banner will ask again.

7. Third-Party Privacy Policies

Google and Meta process the data collected by their tools under their own policies:

You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

For more on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we add or remove a tool. We will post the new policy on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
